Our Canvas Prints are created on a high-weave cotton and polyester blend for a beautifully textured, premium piece. Choose from:
- Wrapped Canvas: Arrives stretched around an internal frame, ready to hang. Additional framing is optional.
- Loose Canvas: Perfect for custom framing, this option allows you to stretch, dry mount, or frame the canvas to your liking. We recommend Gibson Brother’s Mount Core Canvas for durable dry mounting.
Metal Prints
Our Metal Prints utilize dye sublimation, infusing each image into specially coated aluminum for a sleek, modern appearance. Each Metal Print arrives ready to hang with a single picture hook, making for a striking display.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated based on the best available estimates. Larger items over 40 inches may require additional crating fees, which are included in the shipping calculation. North – Limited Edition Print (Only 25 Available)
This striking black-and-white photograph titled North was taken at the Whitefish Point Raptor Observatory, located within the Whitefish Point Bird Observatory area in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The image features a minimalist composition of a directional arrow made from nails on a weathered wooden platform. This arrow, pointing north, symbolizes navigation and direction in an area renowned for its natural and historical significance.
Whitefish Point is famous for its critical role in the migration of thousands of raptors, including hawks, eagles, and owls, making it a hub for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. Each year, the Raptor Observatory plays a key part in the study and monitoring of these magnificent birds as they traverse the skies along Lake Superior’s shoreline.
This limited edition print is part of a series of only 25 signed and numbered prints. Each print is crafted on Canson Platine Fibre Rag paper, a 100% cotton rag, OBA-free archival paper known for its superior quality. The combination of this high-end material and the artist’s attention to detail ensures that your print will stand the test of time and become a lasting piece of art for generations.
